BUSINESS PLAN
Every business needs a forward operating plan. We believe in staff engagement when preparing a business plan for the business. Our methodology is to conduct workshops with budget holders to generate ideas and collate the same in an organisational business plan. We prepare flexible and easy to change multi-year forecast budgets for all departments. We will cost out all financial aspects of your company strategy and support the Board and senior management team in implementing various strategic projects. We provide CEO/Chair with core information relating to the financial performance of the business tracked against the business plan and recommend areas for improvement where possible.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We believe in continuous business development, to that end we consult with management on business trends to develop new services and products. We help set sales targets and then submit/ review accurate weekly progress reports. We also ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
