Jameela stepped in at very short notice when we were unable to recruit a finance director and had to re-advertise. She very quickly grasped the nature and ethos of our organisation and was of great practical help to the SMT in the preparation of our Business Plan, in addition to the budgeting and finance work we needed doing. She is both a practical and strategic thinker, easy to get on with and gave confidence to staff at a time of change. We were very fortunate to find her!
