CHANGE MANAGEMENT
We know that change is not easy, we will review your business and discuss any areas of improvement. We specialise in managing the change process end to end leaving the senior management team to get on with their day jobs. We provide a one shop solution and liaise with any external advisors if needed. In consultation with staff we develop investment and disinvestment proposals and act as project manager to implement the proposals. We work closely with CEO and senior management teams in implementing restructuring and change management programmes and provide leadership and management of the operational team.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We understand that “business as usual” takes precedence over business development and improvement. We specialise in freeing up precious management time in implementing projects by preparing automated and easy to map /report project plans. We know that managing expectations and regular communication forums with all relevant stakeholders is key to managing complex projects. We set up RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) logs and keep all relevant staff engaged. We also provide regular reports to Board and management re execution and delivery of the project.
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
We can review your existing back office systems and recommend areas for improvement. We project manage all stages of system development from doing a needs assessment to selecting a supplier and implementation. We assist with a seamless transition to the new systems and offer staff training when needed.
